| Email from a Mohonasen graduate: "A few years ago I got one from this same group which was "compiling a directory of grads from Union College"...the trick was that they wanted me to CALL them in order to verify that they had the proper information about me. So I was suckered, and I called, and the gist of it all was that they applied the pressure mostly to get me to buy this directory that they were making up at some outrageous price of $69.95 or so. I also remember these folks calling me several times high pressuring me to buy the book. You don't need to hang twice to know you don't like it. "JK" |

| Email from a Mohonasen graduate: Please alert everyone, that yellow postcard is nothing more than a marketing scam, and I fell for it. Ever since I called the number on the postcard and gave them the information they asked for, the phone has been ringing "off the hook" by marketing people trying to sell me stuff. And I'm sure it's from the information I supplied because I have an unlisted phone number. I'm sure the company, Harris Publishing, just wants telephone numbers. My recommendation is to definitely throw the postcard away. "DW" |
